Katha Utsav 2025

The weekend pre-workshops for Katha Utsav 2025 have now drawn to a close.

These sessions were a space for children who wanted a little guidance as they shaped their stories—safe corners to try, stumble, and discover that their words carry power.

Across the room, pens moved quickly, pauses deepened, and courage began to show itself in the simplest sentences. What stayed with us was not polished drafts, but the honesty of voices finding their way.

Quotes:
“I felt more sure about my draft after this session.” – Rosary
“It gave me the push to finish writing.” – Rezwan
“I never thought my words could matter this much.” – Avyakt
“I discovered how to write from my heart.” – Harpreet

Now the workshops end, and the writing continues. The last date to send in your story is September 30. Every entry is a step into the Regional Rounds, and every story is a light waiting to be shared.

Thank you to all the children who joined us this weekend. This is not the finish line—it is the opening chapter of something larger. We can’t wait to hear the stories you will tell.
